CP Parks and Rec Youth Program: The Great Cake Fake Out

For ages 8-14
Does that look like a burger - or is it actually cake? In the Great Cake Fake-Out, young bakers explore the fun world of baking by designing, sculpting, and decorating cakes that look like anything but cake. With Valentine's Day approaching, this session will feature Valentine-inspired creations! Kids will learn to think creatively, use texture, color, and design to trick the eye and plan and build their own "fake-out" masterpieces. Please have kids eat dinner before class!
