Hummingbird Estates: Vintner's Dinner and Dancing
To celebrate harvest, Hummingbird is partnering with Dancing Cats Catering to host a five course vintner's dinner ($75) on Thursday, September 28th, 6pm, on our terrace. The dinner will feature all five of Hummingbird's award-winning wines from the 2023 Oregon Wine Experience.
- First Course: Klamath River Wild Salmon with Pesto Goat Cheese Bruschetta / 2022 White Pinot Noir
- Second Course: Tuscan White Bean Soup / 2022 Rose of Pinot Noir
- Third Course: Asian Ratatouille / 2020 Grenache
- Fourth Course: Beef Wellington with Rosemary Mushroom Risotto / 2020 Malbec
- Fifth Course: Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake / 2021 Debenger Loam
