Living History Days at Hanley Farm
The Cascade Civil War Society has teamed with the Southern Oregon Historical Society to present “Living History Days” at Hanley Farm. Experience an authentic Civil War encampment and travel back in time to the 19th century. See what life was like life through conversations with historical characters dressed in authentic costumes, characters who have never heard of cell phones, Nike shoes or Coca-Cola; hands-on activities; and Hanley Farmhouse tours, including a special exhibit of firearms owned by early Jacksonville settlers. There will be music, blacksmithing demonstrations, wagon rides, great food, heritage games, and MORE. Bring the whole family for a fun and educational day!
