Mary Fitzsimmons, WESO's Outreach Director, owns Go Rogue Business Consulting. She is a business coach who works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them reach their goals. Her Elite Business Mastermind and workshops have helped people take their businesses to the next level.

Mary also owns Rogue Valley Tutoring Center, which provides individualized tutoring for students of all ages, as well as homeschool support, educational consulting, and a preschool program. RVTC has locations in Medford and Grants Pass and also serves students online.
